We will review your dental and medical history.
We will complete an oral exam, including X-rays and photographs, to determine if treatment is necessary.

Discussion.
If orthodontic treatment is recommended, we will discuss treatment options and work with you to create a customized treatment plan for you or your child.
If your growing child is not ready to begin treatment, we will schedule periodic evaluations to monitor growth and development to determine the ideal time for treatment.
We will answer all your questions, so you are informed and comfortable with your treatment options.

All initial consultations and periodic monitoring appointments are complimentary. We do not charge any fees until you begin treatment.

New Patient Forms
To make your first visit more efficient, we offer these forms online. You can print, fill them out, and bring them with you to your first appointment.
All patients are required to have a recent (within 6 months) cleaning and exam and should have all restorative treatment (fillings/crowns/etc.) completed prior to starting orthodontic treatment.
